Return Policy

This return policy is valid for the countries: India
You have the right to return 2 after the arrival of your order.
The products can easily be returned. Only defective or wrong products will be accepted for returns. The actual return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies both in the case of dissatisfied products as well as a defective received product.

For return labels email us at hello@perty.in and we will send the label digitally. You can then print them and add them in the return package.
 

Note: only products in NEW" condition can be returned, we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use.
“New = These are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.”

Once we have received and verified your return, you will have your refund within 10 business days using the payment method you used when ordering.
We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.
We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.

 In case of digital products there would be no return/cancellation/exchange. Please call/whatsapp us for any query.

• We do not exchange any Products. Even similar products cannot be exchanged with each other
• Once payment is made, cancellations of order is not possible
• Our decision would be treated as final decision

Refund Policy

• If any refund amount has been finalised, we try to refund at earliest generally to the same mode with which it was made
• Refunds may happen in cases when a defective or wrong product is shipped, buyer paid extra amount, we are not able to process the required order items etc.
• In case a sample/sample design/customisation has to be created/done and due to some reason buyer doesn't require the product anymore then in such cases it could be partial or no refund
• Our decision would be treated as final decision
